The Ministry of Economic Development has awarded us Industry 4.0 certification. This means that we are at the forefront as regards safety, hygiene and traceability.
In particular:
- Each single ingredient and each single packaging is traced throughout the process from purchase to sale.
- The production environment is constantly monitored (24/7) and we always record the temperature, humidity and cleanliness.
- Our kitchen boasts state-of-the-art technology and all our machines can be remote controlled.
- Each ingredient can be traced back to the producer, guaranteeing total food safety.
